HP OS ad locks site up

What kind of ad is it? Full page, popup, or traditional ad space up top?

Its a splash-type of ad that is shaped in a banner, and covers the bottom of the screen.

I saw it last night. I didn't have any problems with it but man, I sure hate splash and full page ads. I will pass this along.

There's one that comes up occasionally, but only on my hand held devices, probably because of better ad blocking in my computer browser.

It requires a click to "continue to Phandroid," meaning on to the forum page I was heading for.

It's at the top, an over sized banner look to it, and I take pride in never noticing what the ad is for.
