Help HP printer

Hello all,

I just purchased a canon mx922 printer. I burned my HP printer.

Problem is, when I try to print from my Samsung tablet, ( I have downloaded the canon app.) My tablet still thinks I have the HP printer. I removed the HP app and can not make the Tablet understand that the HP is toast.

Anyone have a hint that might help?

as mentioned above I have installed the canon app. Im not big on cloud printing, but I don't know why. Education probably, is there an app? I'm kinda new at this whole thing. I still use a slide rule.

Follow these to help you out can I ask is this printer a wireless printer if so you may want to set up a wireless connection cause you can print from anywhere .

Brainz,
my printer is wireless and I can print from my laptop but it's just a matter of getting my tablet to stop recognizing the old printer.

Thanks for the input, looks like the cloud will be the way to go. I'll get working on it.
