Help HSPA+ on AT&T?

I've never seen H+, only H. My prior devices were getting LTE, so I have the right data plan. Here's the relevant APN settings. Everything above these are "not set" except name, which is "phone". Any suggestions? Thanks.

The Nexus 4 only shows H in the notification bar, regardless of whether you are on HSPA or HSPA+.

Check here to see what you are connected to. Right now I'm in an H area. But I usually get +.

Generally it will only show H on top of the signal bars, but may occasionally change to H+ if it gets that bump of speed.

Thanks, I did see HSPA+ briefly in the settings with just H in the status bar. It didn't last long enough to get a GPS lock so I could do a speed test :-\ At least I know I'm set up properly.
