htc 3.0 lockscreen

I really like the HTC 3 lockscreen from what ive read cant use it on non HTC phones anyone know a similiar type of lockscreen ?
 
I'm hoping developers are able to release this apk so we can install it in other HTC phones. I'd love put this on my TBolt.
