HTC acknowledges the problems......finally

Great... but i guess i expected to get flawed phone adopting so early. I can see a sea of returned phones for this new batch haha

I'm holding onto mine until the light leakage and screen raise become a problem. Once they do, I now have ammunition to use making my case that I'll be needing a replacement. a-Ha!

Great news. Now I don't have to stress about the 30 day return policy. If a patch fixes the screen sensitivity then all I have to worry about is the screen coming loose. Mine is slight raised on the bottom right and I believe has become slightly worse over since I bought it.

So HTC claims that they can eliminate the grounding problem by a patch alone? That would be very good and surprising news. It would also dispute the issue having anything to do with screen separation.

Great news, particularly hearing they are making production adjustments.

I do think the internet chatter/customer feedback played a part in getting them to address the issue so quickly. Hopefully, this will stop some of the "troll" and "iphone fanboy" accusations that's thrown out any time someone posts an issue or dissatisfaction with the phone.
