Sorry you are having problems. You should give more information than this.
Which ROM are you using, or are you using stock?
Are you rooted, and do you have CWM?
Etc.

It sounds like you are stuck on a Boot Loop.
Unless you installed a ROM or other utility, then I would try to update the phone with an RUU, which is somewhat the basics for rooting the phone. Try making a reply here.
