Help htc aria message video download failure

my htc aria won't allow me to download a video attached to a text message. Do i need internet access on my phone to enable this? please any help appreciated

Yes, I believe you'd need the Mobile Internet APN switched on to download the video. It wouldn't work over WiFi unfortunately.
