HTC Calendar Widget Help

When I tap on the HTC Calendar widget, the HTC calendar opens to the view of the month. Is there any way to change the default so that when I tap the widget it opens up the agenda view?

I don't think so, check out 'agenda widget', its very nice and i personally use it.

Get the free app called "Calwidget". Its super customizable and can present all your upcoming appts in a full panel if you want. Then when you click the panel, it takes you to the list view of appointments in the actual Calendar on your Hero. This is by far the best widget I've downloaded so far and solves one of my major frustrations about the stock calendar widget. The ability to make a 100% custom background with transparency is awesome too.
