HTC Calendar widget - month view

Hi all -

i just got the Eris and love it...mostly!

on one of the home screens or scenes, whatever, i had put the 30 day month view HTC calendar widget. it synced with the google calendar just fine and there was a little triangle in the upper left corner of the box for the days that had an event.

however, they only stay once i reload the widget. and after a little while they go away, but if i pick a day, my events are still there.

i really like that the little triangle. how do i make it stay? is there another app or widget that will allow a full month view with the little triangle or similar mark for days with events?

thanks!

I had the same problem when I used that widget ... you could try downloading Pure Grid calendar from the Market and see if thats better for you

If the triangles are gone, you need to scroll up or down to the different month and then they'll come back. It's annoying, but oh well.

that doesn't work. they appear when the calendar opens so i can change the month, but then they are still gone.

the only way to get them back is to remove the widget and then replace it.

I had the same issue with the HTC calendar widget. It seems to be an issue with multiple calanders selected at once... try going to the actual calander app (You can press the date card at the top of the widget), then hit menu, then calanders and uncheck any that you don't use... I just use my gmail. Works fine for me after that!

i figured it out - i didn't realize you could scroll the months on the widget without opening it. did it accidentally and now i just do that to fix it if it happens.

That's what I was talking about earlier... Glad you got it working now. :)
