HTC Calendar

Ok, I for the most part like the HTC Calendar, but it is missing one somewhat important ability, schedule things biWeekly ( like ah paychecks )

so with that being said, suggestions for a different calendar ?

You can always create bi-weekly events on your PC/Mac in GMail's calendar then they will sync to your phone. I'm not aware of any calendar apps on the phone that will do this.
