Cold anyone help me out to solve this problam plz..

Charging from USB is very slow. If you're putting it on charge then trying to turn it on straight away, that's your problem.
If the phone hasn't been used for a long time, the battery will need a good charge, I would say at least 6 hours off a laptop to get a full charge. Give it at least half an hour before turning it on.
Really you should get a mains charger for it, this will charge at a higher current.

Thanks for your comment

Later I charged from direct charger for about six hours and having same problem.. it could be corrupted software problem???

You'll get a similar effect, if you start the phone without a SIM card AND the phone isn't signed to your Google account (i.e. after a Factory reset).

I tried factory reset using
  1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button.
  2. Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME DOWN button..
  3. Press VOLUME DOWN to select CLEAR STORAGE, and then press POWER.
  4. Press VOLUME UP to start the factory reset.
finaly it was working for sometime and again restarting and struck with HTC logo. Please help me in this issue

Reset again. Install all your applications one at a time. Reboot after each one to see if a particular app you are installing is causing the issue.
