Root htc desire c unlocked problems

I unlocked my htc desire c (golf) by using htcdev binary code.But After unlocked the device, my touches was not registering in the middle of the screen(1 cm width horizontally). i lost my warranty also. i tried flashing the stock Rom and relocking the bootloader, but that problem was not solved. is there any way to solve this..?
