It's not their choice if they pay return postage or not. Advise them that if they don't pay for the postage you'll contact eBay, trading standards, pay pal (if relevant) etc. It's really not worth them dealing with the agro to save on paying you a few quid.

Believe it or not, both Ebay AND Paypal say it's up to the buyer to pay return postage! I argued that it's not "unwanted" it's "not as described" and I woulfd not have bought it if it was accurately described - Fell on deaf ears...

Luckily, after a stern Email, the seller refunded in full and has told me not to bother returning....

Anyone after a Nexus One case for cost of p&p??

Mike

Did you buy the screen protector as well?
Hows the texture of the case, really soft?

thx =P

Yes i bought the screen protector seperately. Its not very good, and i have a 3 layer type from e_cell (ebay) on the way.

The 3 layer types are much better in my experience as they allow for smother application and help eliminate air bubbles. The cover is sandwiched between two stiffer layers to allow more careful application.

hope this helps

I have the smokey grey one and the blue one and I should have a red one arriving tomorrow. They are so cheap so why not. They fit brilliantly. I agree that you don't even notice the grey one is fitted as it just blends in.

I find the phone feels a better fit in my hand with these fitted. I think mobilefun are ripping people off charging

I've ordered the black flexishield and i have the Martin Fields screen protector as I don't get on with the wallet style ones. I have a car mount and I don't want to continually have to take it in and out of a case everytime I want to set it up.

Will let you know what the flexishield is like this evening if you like as it should be at home waiting for me.

For a tenner this is a really nice case. I'd take a pic of it but the logistics of doing this with my phone are confusing me this evening. For a tenner, it was worth it. Very neat and doesn't have the google phone sticker on the back as someone previously mentioned.

Not a totally happy bunny:

I've waited over a month from the time of order for these to become available, but I kept consoling myself that it was a genuine HTC product and would therefore be perfect, but it's not perfect. It is genuine HTC and It says it is for the Desire on the packaging, and it fits the screen dimensions perfectly, BUT, it has a hole in the top right corner, and a cutout in the top left, neither of which appear to be necessary for the Desire. Maybe there is something hidden under the screen that they can't cover, don't know, but a tad annoying.

Application - The piece with the cutout seems to go down fine anyway, but it annoys me to see it there when it shouldn't be, but the section with the hole just won't sit properly. I put this on with a great deal of care, and no matter what I try i cannot get that part to fit flush with no air bubble, and yet it should be easy given the hole. Again the hole itself bugs me, but I simply can't understand why it won't go down 100%. Sometimes it disappears but then it comes back again - grrrr.

Performance - No complaints whatsoever - Was worried that my touch screen would become less sensitive, but it works perfectly - wouldn't even know it was on there.

At least my screen is protected though, and that is the main thing.

Overall 4/5

Interesting. Hopefully mine will be coming through today as well, so I can update everyone with my own experiences.

Here's a couple of download links instead then (Pictures show up fine on mine though)

Let me know if that works for you

Just put one on my wife's phone (Also a Desire obviously) from a different packet (I had ordered 2 packets of 2) and exactly the same thing.

When you the thing on, you need to get it DEAD STRAIGHT - If you are even slightly off centre and the protector runs up against the side of the phone, the whole edge sits up. It doesn't look like it should but it does. Get it right and it's just the hole and the cutout that will bug you.

Looks like the cut-outs are for the light & proximity sensor although I thought they where both on the left-hand side. Not sure what the hole is for in the right & why they need to do this. I have the Martin Fields protector which has no cut-outs and it seems to be working fine.

After all that delay for the official HTC Desire screen protectors, mine arrived to day & I have to say they are rubbish. I've fitted screen protectors before & have never had any problems, but no matter what I do, I just cannot get rid of the air bubbles.

Needless to say, I may just pay the extra & get the Martin Fields one.

Do the Terrapin screen protectors come with a camera protector like the Martin Fields one?

On a good note the

Screen Protector SP P360

My screen protector arrived today. As you would expect from official product, the size was perfect. I don't know whether the cut-outs were necessary, but it's best to assume that they are. One minor niggle, as has been mentioned, is that there is a small air bubble around the circular cut-out that doesn't seem related to quality of application.

I didn't apply my protector faultlessly. The first one I wasted; the second I followed a tutorial and applied it fairly well. However, it was about 1mm off by the time it reached the bottom, which I imagine contributed to the slight air bubbles on the side. I'll probably keep it as it is - the air bubbles aren't on the display itself, so shouldn't matter.

Overall, the official screen protectors are very good for their price (

How come you wasted one? I got my official ones today and I just peeled it off and reapplied till it was perfect.

I get the air-bubble around the notification hole but apart from that it sits on the screen just fine.

When you start taking them off and re-applying they start getting dust on the sticky side, which I guess ruins them unless they're washable. Do you think it's worth trying to re-apply mine?

that link you gave does not show that silicon case...
1 Question, I want to buy a cradle to, so I want to know if the cradle works when you have a silicon skin over the phone
