HTC Desire - Doubletwist

hello, i'm having problems with doubletwist and my desire. when i opeen doubletwist and connect my phone, which has an sd card, via usb i get an error saying exception processing message c00000013 parameters....
Then double twist says: connect device.... if your device does not show up then set it to mass media storage. Anyone able to tell me why and how to sort it? Thanks

The doubleTwist program on my Mac tells me to pull down the status bar and tap 'mount' after connecting my phone to my computer via USB cable, but there doesn't seem to be any 'mount' option! Help!
