Hello,

I was wondering and also, How do you know if your phone is backing up?
I would like to know how the back up works, I want to see where all my contacts and phone settings are backed up too?

If you are using a Google account, then your contacts and calendar data will be backed up to your gmail account. https://mail.google.com/mail

Not sure about the phone settings or SMS data.

How would i know that my Settings and everything is my phone is backed up..

You can backup sms by opening sms so you can see all message threads, press menu and sms backups hope this helps!

Well, if you mean all apps and such, you can use titanium backup! If you're rooted/s-off, you can do a nandroid backup which basically captures EVERYTHING on your phone as it is and allows you to restore to that point if its needed! Hope this helps!
