Help HTC Desire HD no image

Hi,

My phone used to work fine until today, when it didn't start anymore. I removed the battery, reinserted it and then pressed the power and volume down buttons in order to enter in the boot menu.

The boot menu appears like this:
HBOOT

<VOL UP> TO PREVIOUS ITEM
<VOL DOWN> TO NEXT ITEM
<POWER> TO SELECT ITEM

FASTBOOT
RECOVERY
FACTORY RESET
SIMLOCK
IMAGE CRC

Also, the boot menu flickers and it displays the messages:
recovery ... no image
factory reset ... no image
...

Also, my phone stopped being recognized by my PC before totally shutting down.

Is there a way to fix my phone ?

Hi teduard, is your phone rooted at all? Did the problem occur out of the blue or were there any other issues leading up to where you are now?

If you select fastboot, then connect the phone to the PC, does it register?
 
My phone is not rooted, it simply happend today...

When I select the fastboot the following options appear:
bootloader
reboot
reboot bootloader
power down

Windows acknowledged that a new device was added and installed the appropriate drivers(Support - &lrm;HTC Desire HD&lrm; Product Support - News & download), but the device doesn't appear in the htc sync application

I selected the IMAGE CRC option in the bootloader menu and it seemed to work, but now when my phone tries to boot it vibrates 7 times and then the screen shuts down.

Is there anything to do in this case ?
 
If you can get in to the bootloader and you the PC will register the phone being connected, it's potentially a good sign.

Do you remember what your software version was and if you were network branded or unbranded?
 
It's network unbranded, but I cannot remember the Android version.
