how do i stop my picture from my gallery going into my music,n also the picture next to text is fine but when that person rings me its abit blurred.

Not sure about the music - sorry, but the blurring picture thing appears to be a common issue across all Android handsets.
Are the contacts linked to facebook accounts? I've found if the issue is worse if it's a contact that is linked to a facebook account is calling. Generally if it's a pic I've assigned myself, it's fine.
