Help HTC Desire HD.

Hi, I am trying to connect my HTC Desire HD to my laptop via my USB cable. I follow the regular instructions for doing this but without any luck, I have tried everything even contacting HTC. When I try to sync the sd card does not show in my laptop drives. Can anyone please help.

When you connect to the computer, have you told the phone to connect in sync mode? If so, but you are still unable to get it to work, you should try using MyPhoneExplorer (this is the phone version... you would need to download the PC client too)... it does the same as HTC's Sync, but many have said that it is actually better.
