Help HTC Desire need help!

STATUS: Hung on HTC logo

i tried to hard reset phone, nothing happens.

try to flash but the usb driver cant recognize, is ther any particular driver for desire? but im pretty sure that i use the exact driver for this phone.

Please any much better idea for me to fix this phone?

not yet Sir, becouse i cant conect it to pc, i have tried alot of driver already, google usb driver, htc usb driver, and the sdk usb driver package.

any good idea?
 
I think your best bet is to send it back to HTC.. I don't think rooting is going to be easy with only the bootloader to access.

Perhaps someone else here knows a solution.
 
yes Sir no updates has been done before, just that its suddenly hung like this.
i want to try flashing the os but the problem is it could not recognize the usb driver.
 
What does the device show up as in device manager in windows?

I'd recommend speaking to HTC before you do anything as there may be a reason for this fault.
 
nothing showed on device manager Sir. if i plug in phone throu usb it says usb not recognize then if i try to browse the usb driver cant recognize it.
 
Ouch.. What about your contract? Are you on 2 years?

You'd better call some support from HTC or take it back to the store you bought it from, if SUroot doesn't know a direct solution you're pretty much done for.
 
Can't see from your profile where you are from but in the UK you are not limited to a 12 months warranty. Goods have to be fit for purpose for a reasonable amount of time taking into account the price you paid for it. So if you think you are not covered I'm guessing it is more than 12 months old, so I would say it would have been a
 
actualy i had just bought this phone from a friend of friends. no i dea on where or how to's with this phone.

Then someone told me some procedure like these, like htc flashing, rooting ect.

I installed all needed drivers but i couldnt really get into it.

if someone could give me a better idea on how to revive nor better new procedure for flashing, it could much be apriciated. ( i wanna do it on my own couze i dont want to spend another couple of penny unless i didnt make some moves to fix first on my own).

thank you guys and hope someone could really give me some better idea on these.
