Help HTC Desire not auto syncing Gmail

Some how for the past day the only way to get email is going to gmail and refreshing..

I have Notifications ticked under Gmail settings and also i have Auto-Sync ticked on Accounts&Sync menu..

Some how the contacts and calendar are syncing but gmail isnt

Any one can help?

Also i have 30MB left on my phone..Minimun is 15MB isnt it?
