I just removed all the Orange stuff from my homescreens so they only bug me when I browse all programs, so not that big a deal. I also agree that it is silly that the only useful Orange app, your Orange isn't pre loaded.

To be fair, not all Desires on Orange are branded. As far as I can tell from my friend, who opted for the black Desire, exclusive to Orange, that's how you get yourself a branded phone. My Desire is the standard brown and mine came with no branding, even though I'm on Orange.

That'll be because you didn't buy it direct from Orange, but from somewhere like CPW or e2Save.
