Help HTC Desire Outlook Calendar sync problems

Hi,

I am having problems syncing my calendar on my HTC Desire with Exchange ActiveSync on our server. Mail and contacts are working fine but when it comes to syncing the calendar it says 'Error occurred on the computer running the Exchange Server'

I have run the tool from testexchangeconnectivity.com on the server and everything shows up fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

One of the best test is to try using outlook webaccess. I had a user yesterday who could not see sync'd items, I tried it with webaccess and worked fine. It turned out there was a synchronisation filter in outlook, turned that off then all was fine.
