HTC Desire repairs

My desire fell approximately 2ft onto a wooden floor and I believe the AMOLED has shattered.

Unsure if the top layer is damaged as I can see shatter lines but I cannot feel them, so I am hopeful that only the AMOLED needs to be replaced. The phone does still seem fully functional apart from being unable to view the display as I am able to receive calls by guessing where to press/slide and could probably make a call too.

I do feel confident that I can fix it myself, however I am not confident on exactly what part/s to order and where from. Currently very time poor, I don

Using the link provided it shows a HTC Desire G7 (HTC Bravo).

This is the part where I am unsure, as I do not know if it is a G7 model.
 
I just had a look: LCD, not AMOLED. Sorry

Maybe in the second link is a hint of the screen.
EDIT: Yes, AMOLED. Maybe you can contact the blogger :)
