Hello there,
My HTC Desire is 10 months old. The internal speaker when used with maximum or close to maximum voice call volume makes terrible quality sound. I mean sound cracks. This happens not every time but more often. When I pass to external speaker this issue is not seen so I blame the internal speaker. When I take a look at the speaker cover with holes and press slightly with my finger the left side moves back and froth. I dropped my phone once in a wood surface so I am not sure if a a speaker can be effected with this. I wrote to HTC already and they suggest me to send the phone to them. When I read the agreement they attach, if it is linked to user fault (such as dropping), they will ask me to pay for repair. If I chose no still I have to pay 40 euro...
I searched the forum with speaker issues but did not find much. Anyone with similar problem?
