Help HTC Desire & SD Card

Can any body help... I have an HTC Desire (T-Mobile) with the supplied SD card.

The problem is that I cannot access the SD card from my PC via USB connection. I have tried to mount as 'disk drive' but the removable disk does not show on 'MY Computer'. If I connect as 'HTC Sync' the removable disk shows in 'MY Computer' but is says to insert disk.

Does anybody have any ideas or solutions...

hi there an welcome!

hmm perhaps try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for your phone on your PC, it sounds like a driver issue if it isnt properly recognising your device.

otherwise first try setting the connection mode to 'Mass Storage' should be in your settings somewhere see if that works

I have tried reinstalling the drivers a couple of times and had no results. but thanks for the tip.
