Help HTC Desire Wifi

[hopsky]

Had a HTC desire for around 12 months and had no problems with Wifi, but now find it searching Wifi without wifi being selected. find this a nuisence and don't like it.
May just be something I have done but suspect it started after an update.
Not the smartest person with phones so please go easy on me.
Thanks
Mike

Welcome aboard. I moved your thread to the HTC desire section - where you might get a faster response to your problem.

Best of luck.

Have you any wifi related apps installed? Like auto wifi or apps similar, as its possible the settings may be set to search for wifi Every so often.
