Root HTC DEV is down?

I can not login to get a bootloader unlocked for a htc evo 4g running 2.3.5 I am attempting to follow root for dummies guide and I cant even get the first step done. Htc dev support sucks and wont reply. Is anyone else having problems with the site.

I've heard of it going down for some before. Give it a few hours or a day and try it again
