Help HTC DNA sound/audio lag

Hi. I've had the phone for a couple of days and noticed that audio is not in sync with videos. This goes for youtube streaming, downloaded clips and video files transferred from my pc. I've been searching around but haven't found anything useful. Anybody have a fix for this? Thanks

Try a factory reset and see if that'll work. Back up important data though.

It's a bug. Mine does it too as do others.
