Help HTC does not connect the internet

Hi Folks ! I'm unable to connect my HTC desire on the internet, using my operator's internet data package. I can only do it using the wireless connection, either when I'm home or at the office (never outside, using the phone's data communication package). Can somebody help me ? Thanks !

Hello and welcome aboard. Make sure that the "mobile network" box inside "wireless & networks" is checked. (Menu - settings- wireless & networks - scroll down to mobile network.) Also, you might wanna update 'data profile' to refresh your data connection.

Has it ever worked ? If not then make sure you have the correct access point settings from your operator (their website would be the best place to start).

If it has worked, what changed to stop it ?
