I am looking for a lightweight/fast ROM for the HTC evo 4g 3d

The android version should be 4.2.2 or higher . . or Google Now, Google Plus, and Google Hangouts should be fully operational, also requesting that 4g work!

I have used Senseless/mobster rom which is great but not 4.2.2 <-- not the latest Google Now

I installed CM Rom but there is a serious issue with the rom being kinda resource hog and also I have memory space issue.

Whoa, buddy! That's a lot to ask for.

The CM roms by dastin and chairshot are fantastic! 4g should work on these roms though I've never tried it since I don't live in a converage area.

Only problem I've come across with hangouts/google plus is that when in a video call, the people can't hear you. The messenger and stuff works great though.

The only way I see you be getting the latest Google Now is if it's a 4.2.2 rom. Unless someone has created a flashable version for ICS then I'm not sure.

There's also the AOKP and PACman roms that you can try out.

Yeah I know I currently got Cm Rom Chairshot build installed but have the issue of low internal space. What do you know about mui?

Personally, I can vouch for both PACman and Chairshot's Angry Bean, because I have used them both and love them both. I have not tried the latest PACman, but when I used it before, it was great. Very smooth and lightweight, of course. Don't use hangouts, so I can't say anything about that, but everything else should be fully operational (except 3D, of course). However, Angry Bean feels the most stable for me and it is what I am currently using. Both are great though!

You can go here to download the VM version of PACman... Or if you wanted, You can download the Evo 3D CDMA version.. But you have to flash the mms fix to get mms working properly. I think there is another thing you have to do to get 3D CDMA ROMs working for the Evo V.. But I cannot remember offhand. The mms fix may be the only thing.

Also, 4G works in PACman. It was my daily ROM for a while. A few months. I resorted back to Harmonia, Because the GPS seems to work better for some odd reason, Even though I flashed the GPS fix for 4.2.2 ROMs. I mean it works, But it was just more laggy than on a stock ROM.

Edit: OH! I remember the other thing that has to be done. You have to flash the VVM fix for JB ROMs, weither its the CDMA version or the VM version. Its not totally needed, But if you use VVM, the fix is in this forum. Ill get you the link if you want it.

MIUI is great! but it's not 4.2.2 D:

Yes, but its still surprisingly smooth and beautiful. MIUI is probably the best looking ROM, IMO. Would use it if sweep2wake worked properly with it....makes the capacitive buttons vibrate when the screen is off.

Not on any ROM other than MIUI. Sweep2wake is only used to turn the screen on, so it doesn't vibrate while the screen is off. Using it on angry bean now.

It does vibrate on MIUI and there isn't an option I could find to turn off vibrate.

Negalite Blurom has sweep2wake working properly without vibrate. :)

what happens if you go under settings/sound/vibrate on touch and turn it off?

I've noticed that MIUI is weird on vibrations.
