I recently bought a very inexpensive HTC EVO 4g off Ebay for 73$ shipped. I am very tech savy when it comes to repairs, however I Can't identify if this phone needs a new LCD or a Digitizer? What do you guys think? to me it look likes the digitizer is busted, which is a very cheap fix (15$ at most). He says the phone screen is unscathed.. so im guessing it is the digitizer?
