HTC Evo Camera flash

When taking pictures in low light, my flash seems to be way too bright. It completely washes out almost the whole picture.

Any ideas or special settings I can use?

I just turn down brightmess setting a notch or 2 when taking pics in low light
works good for me
also try contrast up 1 for better color in pics

Since there is no flash exposure compensation on the EVO, you'll have to adjust the overall exposure as mentioned above.

On my P&S camera, I have a flash exposure compensation feature.
