Help HTC Evo Not Installing Certain Apps

I'm having a particularly annoying problem on my rooted stock 2.2 HTC Evo. For certain apps [Angry Birds Seasons, xPiano, Pocket Legends], when I download them from the Market, or even trying to install the .apk locally, I get the error "Installation Error -18" immediately when it starts installing. This has been happening a lot more often lately, so I want to get it resolved. I didn't have this problem before I rooted my phone, but I don't know if that is related. I have tried clearing the data, cache, and updates for the Market, Google Voice, and Market Updater, but it didn't change anything. Any ideas?

Try flashing a new rom and see if that helps.

DO THIS NOW. I've had this problem since early october and it was driving me MAD. Trust me on this. I almost gave up trying to figure this out and this IS the solution.
