Help HTC EVO V 4G Data Call Failure - Please Help

Hi. I'm hoping someone can help me.

This is my 2nd EVO V 4G. My first one was great... until my daughter wanted to see if it would float. :( But my new one keeps giving me "Error code 67" and "Error code 128" when not on wi-fi. (yes, my bill is paid up)

This is what I've tried:
Update profile
Update PRL
##CLEAR# and reset
Factory reset
Called Virgin Mobile and they had me do all of the above again to no effect
went to ROOT followed all the steps from LeslieAnn's The "Fix everything by turning your phone into an Evo 3d" thread - still no change
Tried all the radios from Radios, Hboot & Firmware - All Downloads and still no change. :(

I've had the phone for about 10 days now and have only had 3G working for about 3 of them (no 4G WiMAX service in my area). Can anyone help?
 
Ask for a replacement from VM sometimes they send you a faulty one and I think this is one.
 
Another possibility - I watch VM's Facebook page pretty regularly, and within the last two weeks there have been a large number of similar complaints, of new phone activations that have resulted in no data access. The Social Media team was calling it a "known issue" and having people email them for help.

If you use Facebook or Twitter, you can post there to get help through them (or to discover if there is a data outage in your area - an unlikely coincidence, but possible). Alternately, you can try calling them again and try to get through to a higher-level tech support to get assistance, but I hear that can be difficult.

@aml1025 - Thanks. I found some email addresses on their FB page and started emailing. It took them a while, but they finally got the issue resolved and I have 3G again. My phone was fine.

who did they revolve the problem i have been having the error code 67 problem for about 3 weeks now?

The tech who resolved my issue was Lauren. On the FB page, she appears not to give her direct email but gives saveme AT thevirginangels DOT com.

I started by emailing andrea AT thevirginangels DOT com, but I think she was off-shift when I emailed. I received a reply back from the saveme address above from a Cristal G. I replied with the info she asked for and then someone called Pia L. emailed me back (again from the saveme address) asking me to do the very things I already said I have done. I emailed back again and asked her to read original email and to help me fix my problem, maybe they should have just one person deal with me. I got an email from a Teareney F. saying they were going to escalate my issue. That's when I finally heard from Lauren S who said "I'll be working with Pia to help you resolve the issue you're having with your service. Now, I've noticed that something wasn't in sync with your account. So I've corrected it. Please go to Menu > Settings > System Update > Update Profile. Thank you. Please let me know if your 3G then works after the phone restarts."
After that, I still couldn't get 3G service, but I left WiFi off overnight, and when I woke up, it was working again. Unfortunately, I don't know what they had to do or what "wasn't in sync" on my account.

I hope you've gotten your issue resolved by now.
