SAVE20 worked for me. It just sucks that Illinois sales tax is $19 lol but still saving money either way

This time I'm told it doesn't matter if you pre-ordered or not. You have to wait until you get your shipment in to have your phone. It doesn't matter if they have some in stock or not.

I'm a little frustrated because I was also told that the only way you'd be getting it first at a store is if you ordered IN STORE. Each store is independent and therefore give no priority to any orders placed through the website.

I was told I will receive mine by Saturday. I've learned my lesson from this big cluster of crazy. Think I'll be sticking with just waiting until it is in a store. I've never been big on buying online in the first place...

Sorry it took me so long to get back here but im a workin man...thats what i am. anyways...so yeah went by the shack and talked to the manager. at first she thought i was talking about the LTE phone(what a surprise.) she also said that just because its not showing up in transit or in stock doesnt mean that they wont have any in stock by the weekend. i also asked about bringing in my confirmation to get one if they had it. then they could just use mine when it comes in to replace the one i took and she said that she would do that. so yeah a lot of different answers goin around. im with u...we ordered our phones now lets just wait it out. im threw "detecting" for this phone.:dito:
 
They stopped selling the phone, and a bunch of people has had their orders cancelled out of the blue including mine but people who chose overnight shipping seem to have gotten theirs just fine.

The company was greedy. They choose the people who were willing to pay the highest. Like an auction. It also seems that this phone still has Sprint written on it.

Lets see if the next batch with Virgin Mobile written on it, Will be the same quality. I wouldn't be surprised if the batch that got stuck in customs isn't quite the same phone that these people got right now...

I hope they are the same quality but with HTC's reputation it probably will be. I've had my Wildfire S since November and they have already released 3 updates for it so that makes me think that HTC cares. I even bought the Triumph on sale for $200 on Amazon and returned it the next week because it kept shutting off and asking me to activate it. Meanwhile I did not have any problems with my WFS. We just have to wait and see.
 
Weird. The phone showed up again on the mobile version RS site but wasn't on the full site. I can't seem to get back on the mobile site.
