Help htc evos screen turns on out of no where?

And when I turn the screen on its constantly vibrating as if the side volume button is being held down? And If I press the power button the screen goes black and it stops vibrating and turn It back on and no vibrating but sound is off and phone is on vibrate. I had the ringer on before and yes I have a case on the phone and a phone clip and nothing is touching the side buttons?

Probably an app you installed. I would uninstall your apps, then see if that helps. Then add each app 1 by 1 to see if the problem tears its ugly head. All EVOs turn on by themselves but they shouldn't vibrate on their own after turning on. Are you sure you don't have your phone in some type of alarm clock mode?
