Welcome zafak16!

It just sounds like a bootloop, you could try heading back into recovery, going for a full wipe then starting again?

Failing that, the guys here might be able to assist: HTC Leo (HD2) - Android Forums

Hey there and welcome to android forums?

As EP stated, your in a bootloop it sounds like. Did you happen to make s backup before you made the upgrade?

Perhaps another install as already suggested will fix you up.

I'd we can assist you with anything, don't hesitate to ask
