Htc hero camera!!

Hello! I just got my htc hero like a week ago. I haven't really used the camera until today. Everytime i go to take a picture there is a green neon dot on the right hand corner of it and it shows up in every picture! No matter that the picture is! How do i get rid of it? If i zoom up really far it goes away? Can someone please help me!

It's a stuck pixel on the camera sensor. That's a defect that happens to digital cameras too. I'd go and get a replacement phone.

Anyone know if theres a way to disable smartzoom in the web browser, it makes zooming buggy, i dont care for it?

I've noticed that sometimes when I start the camera and move it around, there is no lag or blur at all. Other times there is a lot of blur. Why is this??

Most likely lighting.. the less light (or wrong kind of light) the blurrier the pic will be
