OK, I picked up my HTC Hero (HTC Hero (Sprint) Smartphone reviews - CNET Reviews) last Sat and got the tethering working fine on Windows 7 Pro x64.
The firmware version shows 1.5
I used the method found here: [GUIDE] USB Tether Sprint HTC Hero CDMA! - Android Forums
I had to make some changes for Windows 7 x64 though, but it works great using this method.
My question is, does the tethering work for higher firmware versions?
Is anyone tethering the same as I and if so, what is your firmware version?
