I've just gone through a nightmare this weekend trying to get a code for my Hero from the site that is advertised on these forums by a forum user
First off their "instant unlock" isnt instant, even if it works, you are expected to download a program and run it to allegedly get the code, their support is also non-existent, failing to answer emails, PM's and via their "Contact Us" page.
I gave up this evening, and hunted around a bit, I found an unlocker who operates via Ebay called "e-unlocks" who advertise to offer all HTC codes.
I bought and paid for the code at 21H50 and they emailed me the code at 23H59. The code unlocked the phone on the first attempt and within 2 minutes the phone was up and running with a 3UK sim.
