HTC hub not working?

Every time I've tried to connect to the hub I get an "unable to connect message". Is this happening to anyone else? Or how do I fix it?
 
Yea I get it alot, but it still seems to open once I do get it or there is stuff that loads. Just takes a few tries to get it to download something though.
