Ahh... OK, I see what you mean... No, you can't load that at all, it is for Windows phones and not Android. Totally different platform.

HTC hub as free downloadable content for HTC phones, like skins, wallpapers, ringtones and apps.
The hTC one x I just got comes with the HTC hub app pre-installed.
They don't have any Roms to download though. Sorry.
Check out hTC pedia, I am pretty sure they have Roms to download.

ViperInc also has the HTC Hub, but it is not fully functional. Notifications don't show and apps don't load, but ringtones, wallpapers, skins, etc all load.
