Help HTC Incredible Boot Animation Help.

Okay, So I've done everything right, following Big Lou's tut. It all happened to go down smooth, then when I pushed the bootanimation.zip into my phone, it added it, but my boot animation is still the same stock one. Anyone please help.

What rom are you running? Also make sure you are putting the zip where the current one is so that it overwrites it. I believe most are in system/media

I'm not familiar with Big Lou's tutorial. But check out this walk through for changing the boot animation.

I think just the stock rom.. haha. I'm going to replace the boot anim right now.

go through ur files and where you see a BOOTANIMATION.ZIP file, replace that with the bootanimation you want. its real simple.

I just did replace it, and its the same stock one.
