Help HTC Incredible Disk Mode

Recently I broke my Droid Incredible, and the screen is completely unusable. However, the phone still works and I would like to back up the internal memory on my computer for when my replacement phone arrives. Is there any way to manually put the phone to disk mode without using the screen? Or are there any programs that can do this automatically to back up my phone? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
