Hi,
I have a HTC incredible and i was just using it today when the entire phone froze (this has never happened before) i pulled the battery out and re-inserted it but when i went to power it on again it gets to the HTC quietly brilliant screen, says Droid and wont go any further and continues to replay that screen over and over.
Which one of the reset modes do I use to avvoid losing my data or settings?
Fastboot?
Recovery?
Factory reset?
