Help htc incredible s not charging properly

When charging my incredible s with a ac charger, the ph keeps saying im charging with a usb and after some time i get a msg saying that not enough power supply. Ive used a usb and i still get the same msg and ive even used diff outlets with ac charger but i keep getting the same msg. Please give me all the diff options to get my ph charging properly.

Does the cord wiggle much when plugged into the phone? The port on these phones are known for coming loose inside and not allowing the phone to charge properly. I had to have mine repaired in june, and my girlfriend had to have her Incredible S repaired last month.

I had purchased that from olx and its won't charging up to 89% and its home button also not working ... I had also changed the bettery ... But same problem... plz suggest some thing and one thing its not rooted ...
