Help htc incredible wont start

i m trying to upgrade Radio of da phone
it got hang 4
30 minute
when i remove and put da battery back
it wont start or charge any more
what is da problem with it?

How were you doing the update?

A corrupt radio partition (e.g. due to a failed update) isn't good. Can you get into the bootloader (boot while pressing volume down key)? If so then a ROM Update Utility might be able to fix it.

I'm not sure what updating via sd card means. A flashable zip via recovery, an update zip flashed via hboot?

So absolutely no response if you boot while pressing volume down? If you can't get into the bootloader (or even RUU mode: appearance varies between devices but mostly but not completely black) then it'll need specialist equipment to fix it.

If you can't get it to respond at all it's a hard brick.

Maybe just the screen isn't working, but charging light too sounds very bad. You could try following the sequence to get into the bootloader then connect to USB and see whether it responds to "fastboot devices", just in case something is still live even if the screen isn't.
