Hi, I recently bought my first ever HTC and Android phone, The AT&T Inspire 4G. I currently live in Pakistan where there is no AT&T service. I bought the phone used from a used mobile shop and put my own local sim in it (Not AT&T). My sim works, I can call and receive calls and texts, I can do everything. I was wondering if i could update my version, If i go to AT&T software Update on the menu screen it says there is a software update that i can make, I was wondering if it would be okay if i would update. I don't want my phone to get locked or bricked or something, Please tell me if i can update my phone without and problems.
