Help HTC Inspire 4G Video Problems

All the videos I have seen on youtube that were taken with the inspire hav much better framerates than this. Does anyone know why?

Are you still using the samsung memory card that came with the phone?
I have read that switching from the class 2 card provided to something like a class 4 will help with the lag. I have a 16gb class 4 and havent noticed any lag but I dont really remember video lag with the 8gb card cause I didnt really use the recorder until I switched cards. I would have to find it and try it in my phone to see if that might be the issue.
