HTC Inspire VS Nexus S

The things I miss most from my nexus S vanilla Android, latest updates and pure Google experience. Direct to Google relationship. Also the free mobile hot spot and sideloading. Come to think of it I love that phone. When is ATT releasing it??

I've definitely considered the Nexus S. I've never had the pure Google experience and I think that sooner or later I'll pull the trigger on it (Nexus S). Mostly because of the support for future updates.

The Nexus One is still getting updates!

Yea its a totally different Android experience. So much more streamlined and effective. I will def go back

although i wouldn't mind if HTC made another stock Android device :)
the Nexus One was (and still is) a great phone, and it's still receiving updates! the nexus s is no slouch in terms of build quality either but i'm just a big fan of HTC's designs.

I agree with all your points.

Now that I've had quite a few Android models, I find HTC to have the best designs, materials, and overall experience.

That said I have the new Nexus S on it's way to me. Frankly I strongly dislike the shiny black plastic body and slightly concave display. I'm also not fond of the 4.0" display. While it doesn't sound like much, in day to day usage the extra size of the 4.3" display is indeed quite noticeable.

However the direct connection with Google is the overriding factor. So I'm eager for it's arrival.

Cheers

When you actually have the phone the all black design is slick. Only the fingerprint magnetism bothers. The screen I might agree the .3 really shows but in the end the straight to Google experience is awesome
